A Srinagar couple founded Animal Rescue Kashmir (ARK) an organization with the motive to “rescue and rehabilitate” injured and sick stray animals in Kashmir.
The organization has seven employees And has rescued over 1000 animals till now, as per them. “We have been working since 2018 and our organization is completely self-funded,” said Dawood, founder of the organization.
