Wife of an active militant from south Kashmir’s Pulwama district died of cardiac arrest on Friday evening.
Rozy Jan, 38-year-old wife of an active militant had a heart stroke at her home in Inder village; she was immediately rushed to district hospital in Pulwama, where doctors declared her dead.
Jan is survived by two children, a 12-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter.
Zahoor Ahmad had announced his joining through social media and joined militant organization Hizbul Mujahideen a month ago, reported a local news agency, KDC. Ahmad’s brother was also a militant and was killed in a gunfight in the 90s. (KDC)
