Jammu and Kashmir administration led by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Monday said that Covid challenges were not over that that the administration led by him has transformed the healthcare infrastructure in last ten months while there was a need to continue real-time, personalized communication with people and better coordination among departments.

As per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), in a series of tweets on the official Twitter handle—Office of LG J-K, the government said: “Covid challenges are not over. We have transformed healthcare infrastructure in the last 10 months but need to continue real-time, personalized communication with the public while enabling greater efficiency, better coordination among concerned departments.”

Another tweet read, that every department must be responsive, accountable for citizen-centric governance. Interaction with officers in the field is important to create citizen-friendly administration.”

The LG’s office also informed that Sinha chaired a high-level meeting of Administrative Secretaries today where-in he directed the officials to improve speed, quality of decision-making without fear and favour—(KNO)
