On Saturday, Sourav Ganguly, former India skipper and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President was admitted after suffering a minor cardiac arrest in the Woodlands Hospital, as confirmed by the hospital, reported Wion.
Reportedly, he had felt dizzy when he was in the gym and his cardiac issue was known when he went for a check-up to the hospital.
Ganguly, 48, is currently stable, as per unnamed sources, but needs to undergo angioplasty by the evening. The hospital has now made a three-member board with Dr. Saroj Mondal to perform the procedure. reported Wion.
