Residents from Hamdaniya colony in Sector 11 Bemina area of Srinagar allege negligence by civil administration saying they don’t have a proper drainage system in place and water is clogged on the roads. They appealed to the SMC and Civil Administration to fulfill our demands that are pending for a couple of years.
