Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) leader and former legislator Abdul Rahim Rather’s son Hilal Rather joined the Jammu Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC). He said that JKPC chief Sajad lone “is a dynamic leader, has a progressive vision and everybody knows it,” Rather said adding that he loves Lone’s style of work.
