Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached out to the youth of J-K, promising that the youth of UT won’t suffer like their parents and grandparents. PM Modi addressed in Samba, in the Jammu division, on National Panchayati Raj Diwas.

He inaugurated projects worth 20,000 crore rupees in Kashmir. He also declared the Palli village of Samba as the country’s first “carbon neutral panchayat” by dedicating 500 KV solar plant, installed in a record time of nearly three weeks.
