Considered better than one thousand months, the Muslims across Kashmir observed the holy Shab-e-Qadr or Lailat-ul-Qadr with religious fervor and reverence.
The biggest congregational prayer took place at Dargah Hazratbal where the authorities made special arrangements and also issued an elaborate traffic plan to ensure smooth passage of the vehicular movement.
