A large number of students on Tuesday thronged their colleges which have reopened after months of their closure given the rise in Covid-19 cases and subsequent winter break. Jammu and Kashmir government ordered the opening of educational institutions in the Union Territory, underscoring that there was a decline in Covid-19 cases and the positivity rate.
