Police on Thrusday claimed to have arrested two Hybrid militants of Lashkar-i-Toiba oufit in Gurgurseer area of Tarzoo in North Kashmir’s Sopore.

A top police officer told a local news agency Global News Service that on a specific input joint team of Police and security forces apprehended two LeT militants.

They have been idenfied as Muzamil Rasheed Mir of Arihal Pulwama and Faizan Ahmad Paul resident of Pinjoora Shopian, the officer said.

From their possession two pistols and five rounds were recovered. Meanwhile a case has been registered in this regard and investigation has been taken up. (GNS)
