Srinagar: Eleven youth were arrested from Karimabad and Kakapora villages of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district during night raids.
Government forces who were conducting “census exercise” in the area were pelted with stones in the day time.
“Later in the mid-night raids, eleven youth were arrested by the police from their homes on Sunday,” the reports said.
An official said that some of the arrested youth were involved in stone pelting and some were picked up for questioning. (KNO)
