Srinagar: Militants fired upon a joint party of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Central Reserve Police Force at a naka in Malangpora area of Pulwama, south Kashmir, today.
A senior Police officer told that militants attacked joint party at Malangpora area of Awantipora, and the joint party retaliated, triggering off a brief exchange of gunfight.
Till this report was being filed no loss of life or injury was being reported. (GNS)
