Kashmir’s ace graphic designer Akhter Rasool died of a cardiac arrest at his home in Baba Pora area of Habba Kadal in downtown Srinagar on Sunday morning.
A family member of Rasool told The Kashmir Walla that he did not wake up this morning after which family got to know that he had died of cardiac arrest.
Akhter, an alumnus of the Institute of Music and Fine Arts at the University of Kashmir, was currently working at the Education Multimedia Research Centre (EMMRC).
He had also been associated with many daily newspapers in the valley in the past.
Akhter’s demise is being widely condoled by people from all walks of life.
