An all party delegation from Jammu and Kashmir led by National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah will meet national opposition leaders and Election Commission of India in New Delhi today.

General Secretary Peoples Democratic Party Amreek Singh Reen said that they have reached Delhi today for a meeting.

He said that the delegation of regional political parties will first meet at around 1 pm in New Delhi before meeting the national opposition leaders and Election Commission of India.

The meetings with national leaders and poll body will be decided accordingly, he said.

Earlier, on 11 March National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah chaired an all party meeting in Jammu to discuss prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir.

During the meeting the leaders decided to call upon national opposition leaders and Election Commission of India to press for holding polls in Jammu and Kashmir. (KNO)
