A woman has alleged that a doctor posted in Rainawari, Srinagar, has molested her at his private clinic in Dooru area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, reported a local news agency, Kashmir News Observer (KNO).
An unidentified police officer told the agency that a woman, whose name has been withheld, in her complaint has said that she went for the treatment of her child to a dermatologist at a private clinic, Hamdania Clinic in Dooru area of Anantnag.
However, she complained that the doctor there molested her following which she directly approached the Police Station to register a case against him, the officer said.
He further added that a case under FIR number 102/2020 under section 509 has been registered and further investigation has been taken up. (KNO)
