Srinagar: A conference was organised by Dal Khalsa on Friday to raise a voice for Human rights repression on International Human Rights Day. Representatives from various states and minorities participated to show solidarity with each other.

Members from the Sikh, Tamils, Nagas, Tripura Boroks, Kashmiris, and other minorities participated in the December 10, #HumanRightsDay day in Amritsar in the event titled, “Human rights day all justice.”

Seeking Unity among the communities, the speakers from various communities shared their views and experiences on Human rights.

From Kashmir, Son of late Prof SR Geelani Advocate Atif Geelani, Pro Kashmir activist Angad Singh Khalsa, UPC leader Mr. Saleem, AIP leader Sheeban Ashia participated in the seminar. The speakers from Kashmir highlighted the ongoing human rights issues while paying tributes to honour the selfless services of late SR Geelani.

The communities took a stand together to raise voices for each other struggling and collectively struggle against the draconian laws like ASPA, PSA, UAPA, long detentions of political Prisoners.

The members registered collective solidarity with detainees of NRC CAA agitation Kashmiri and Sikh political prisoners.
