An army personnel was killed in “accidental discharge of weapon” in Mendhar sector of Poonch district on Thursday, officials said.
The deceased trooper, belonging to Rashtriya Rifles (RR), died on the spot, the army officials told GNS.
Further proceedings have been started into the incident. (GNS)
