Two youths in Srinagar were detained with toy guns by police on Friday evening.
Sources said that the two youths namely Javid Ahmed Guru son of Ghulam Mohuidun Guru, resident of Parimpora and Owais Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, resident of Shalteng carrying toy guns were detained by a police party.
Confirming the detention of the duo, a police official said that ‘both of them are drug addicts’.
“They have been taken into preventive detention at Parimpora police station”, the official further said. (GNS)
