Srinagar: Member of Parliament from Kashmir Fayaz Ahmad Mir Wednesday appealed to government to think about the Kashmiri students who are stranded between India Bangladesh border.

He told that so many students are stranded and yet government of India is not taking any serious decision about it. “Students are calling thinking I am the hope. My hope is Government of India and in fact the Ministry of External Affairs has assured me that these students will be evacuated and send back to Kashmir,” Mir said.

He also demanded that all the Kashmiri students stranded anywhere should be evacuated and send back to Kashmir. “They are our own children and we must come to their rescue,” Mir said adding that he took up the matter with Ministry of Home Affairs and hopefully these students will be send back to Kashmir.
