Dried pears known as ‘Tang Haetchi’ in local parlance is a famous winter delicacy in Saint Nund Reshi’s (Noor-u-din Reshi) town, Chrari-i-Sharief in Budgam district of Kashmir. The delicacy is made after sun-drying pears. The delicacy is found in the town only as devotees who visit the shrine purchase it as ‘Tobruk’.
