Srinagar, the urban heartland of Kashmir valley, has a vehicle population of nearly 3 lakh in addition to thousands of vehicles that enter city from other districts. The city, however, lacks proper parking spaces while people get fined for wrong parkings. The Kashmir Walla’s Raashid Musa talked to a cross-section of people to know about parking hardships.
