A J-K resident was denied a hotel reservation in Delhi because of his Kashmiri identity.
The person offered a passport instead of Aadhaar Card as heard in the video.
On being confronted, the woman says that the Delhi police have instructed them not to accommodate Kashmiri citizens in the hotel.
Delhi Police issued a clarification in a series of tweets saying that they didn’t give any such directions to the hotels.
