Union Home Minister Amit Shah inspected the security situation and counter-militancy operations in the Kashmir Valley on Saturday, following a wave of attacks on civilians, notably non-local laborers and minorities. As per the report, Shah reviewed the security scenario during a meeting at the Raj Bhawan attended by top civil administration officials, including Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, as well as senior security officers from the Army, CRPF, police, and other agencies, officials said.
