Srinagar: A tourist from Gujarat died of a suspected heart attack at a luxury hotel at ski resort Gulmarg in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday evening.

A police official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that Bharatbhai Pareek (65) son of late Ishwarbhai Pareek, a resident of Jamnagar Gujarat complained of chest pain.

He was immediately shifted from the hotel to Primary Health Centre Gulmarg where doctors declared him dead on his arrival.

The body will be shifted to the mortuary of SMHS Srinagar, the officer said, adding that further legal course of action and formalities will follow. (KDC)
