A CRPF trooper was injured on Tuesday evening in a hit and run case in Srinagar.

Officials told news agency KDC that a trooper of 25 battalion of CRPF naka party was injured when an unknown car hit him at Hyderpora area of Srinagar.

The injured trooper was immediately shifted to a local hospital for treatment.

A top police officer confirmed the incident to KDC and said a case under relevant sections of law is being registered and further investigation is on. (KDC)
