Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir reported five more covid-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours, taking its fatality count to 1373.

Among those who succumbed to the virus include four from Jammu division and one from the Valley.

Reports said that among those four were from Jammu region and one from Kashmir Valley—a 60-year-old woman from Chankipora Sopore.

They said that she was admitted to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh hospital on 12 October and was diagnosed with bilateral community acquired pneumonia.

Four deaths took place in Jammu and include three from Kishtwar and Doda
With these deaths, the fatality count has reached 919 in Valley and 454 in Jammu.

Srinagar district with 328 deaths tops the list followed by Jammu (236), Baramulla (134), Budgam (90), Pulwama (76), Kupwara (72), Anantnag (70), Kulgam (43), Bandipora(42), Rajouri (45), Doda (40), Shopian (33), Ganderbal (30), Kathua (29), Udhampur (25), Samba (24), Poonch (22), Ramban (11), Kishtwar(11) and Reasi (6).
