Srinagar: At least six residential houses were damaged in a fire incident that broke out in Chimmer area of Noorabad in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district in the intervening night of Thursday-Friday.
Locals said that the fire broke out in a residential house in Chimmer area and soon engulfed nearby houses.
Fire tenders were rushed to the scene and doused the flames, officials said, adding that six houses were damaged in the fire incident. The cause of fire is being ascertained, officials said. (KNO)
