A militant has been killed in a gunfight that broke out between in Baskuchan village in Imamsahib area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Sunday.
An official told a local news agency, Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that earlier gunfight broke out in Baskuchan village following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
He said that in the ensuing gunfight one militant has been killed, while operation was going on.
