Suspected militants on Friday fired upon police party near Nowgam bypass in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, reported a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS).
Unnamed official sources told GNS that suspected militants fired upon Police party near Nowgam bypass. In this attack, two cops were injured who were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, whole area has been cordoned off to nab attackers. (GNS)
