The government forces claimed to have busted a militant hideout on Sunday evening in Chirala village area of Doda district and recovered one Pika machine gun and ammunition.
According to the local news agency, Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the army informed that on specific information of militant hideout, the joint team of Army and Doda police launched a search operation in Chirala area of Doda and busted the militant hideout.
“One Pika machine gun, belted ammunition and belt box have been recovered so far,” the army said, adding that search operation in the area is going on. (KNO)
