A man was injured after being attacked by a stone in HMT area of central Kashmir Srinagar district on Monday evening.
An official said that a man (name withheld) a resident of HMT area was attacked by his maternal uncle, a resident of Qamarabad Qamarwari, with stone.
In the incident, the man received injuries following which he was shifted to JVC hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a senior police officer said that they have taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation. (KS)
