Rajouri: Panic gripped in Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) in Rajouri district after a leopard was spotted in the campus on Wednesday evening.

The leopard was spotted in the evening hours following which the students and staff members living in the hostels and residential quarters within the campus have been asked not to come out of their buildings.

Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the Wild animal was seen alongside a road of the campus following which the University administration has issued an alert.

“We have asked all the students and staff members living in hostels and quarters not to come out of their hostels and quarters in the evening hours,” University administration said—(KNO)
