At least six tourists were injured in a road accident in Pahalgam area of south Kashmir Anantnag district on Friday afternoon.
An official said that an accident took place at Pahalgam when a tourist vehicle rolled down.
In the incident six persons including five tourists were injured who were shifted to hospital from where they have been referred to GMC associated hospital Anantnag, he said.
Injured persons have been identified as Sumati Brijesh Patil, Brijesh Patil, MJ Balraj, Swaroop, Shilok Ashok and driver Abdul Rashid .
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation. (KS)
