A 68-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition after being attacked by a bear in Lolab area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Reports reaching to a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS), said that Saifullah Mughal son of Habibullah Mughal, resident of Kawari Lolab was attacked by a black bear and left with critical injuries.

The individual was shifted to SDH Sogam from where he was referred to DH Handwara for preferential treatment.
