Driver, conductor escape unhurt after truck plunges into Sindh

Srinagar: A driver and his conductor on Thursday, miraculously escaped unhurt, after his truck on way from Srinagar to Leh, rolled down into Nallah Sindh, near Gagangeer area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

A local news gathering agency Current News Service (CNS) reported that a truck bearing registration number JK02B/5210 met with an accident after the driver lost its control over the vehicle and fell into Nallah Sindh on Srinagar-Leh highway.

Locals, present on the spot immediately swung into action and rescued the duo, who miraculously did not suffer any injury.

Both the driver and conductor are safe; however, police took the cognizance of the accident and set the investigation about the incident in motion. (CNS)
