Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langar has constituted a Committee after it being appointed as Enquiry Officer to enquire into circumstances leading to incident involving death of a person at ASCOMS Jammu reported allegedly ‘due to shortage of Oxygen’.

The Committee of officers/domain experts including Director Industries and Commerce, Jammu/Member of the Committee constituted vide Govt. Order No. 341-JK (GAD) of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 – to ensure adequate and timely supply of Medical Oxygen – Director Health Service, Jammu and Superintendent Engineer Mechanical Engineering Department, Jammu have been asked to assist the enquiry officer during the proceeding of the enquiry, says an order, as per news agency Global News Service (GNS).

The Members of the Committee are directed to report at Acharaya Shri Chander Colleges of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Sidhra at 11.00 a.m. on 02.05.2021 for further course of action, it further states. (GNS)
