Srinagar: Thirty-four people tested positive for COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir as the tally of the Union Territory rose to 775. Among the total 710 are from Kashmir division and 65 from Jammu.

As per the Department of Information and Public Relations, 445 among the total are active positive cases, while 322 people have recovered. Eight patients have died so far from the infection.

Among the new cases, eleven each are from Srinagar and Anantnag, five from Shopian, three from Kupwara, and one each from Ganderbal and Kulgam. Two cases were also reported from Jammu.
