Srinagar: A head-constable with Border Security Force (BSF) died due to cardiac arrest at Medhar Poonch on Friday, officials said.

They said the head constable of 183 battalion BSF, Uma Shankar son of Shadi Ram of village Gazipur UP, died at around 08:30 hours. “His body was sent to D.H Poonch for postmortem,” they said.

Global News Service (GNS) quoting an unnamed official reported that death has been confirmed due to cardiac arrest. (GNS)
