Jammu: An army personnel on Tuesday allegedly shot dead himself with his service rifle in Banihal area of Ramban district, officials said.
They said the army personnel shoot himself dead in Chamalwas army camp of Banihal. While it was not immediately known as to what led him to take the extreme step, a police officer told local news agency GNS that inquest proceeding have been initiated. (GNS)
