Jammu and Kashmir Police Wednesday that they have recovered a cache of arms and ammunition during a search operation in district Ramban.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that during a search operation in Sumbar area of Gool sub division, police recovered 179 bullets of ammunition (including AK-47 132 bullets, 7.65 mm 21 bullets, 303 mm 14 bullets, Chineese Pistol Rounds 12, 2 Magazines, 1 Wireless Set, 1 Binacular and 2 UBGL Gernnades with 1 UBGL Rod/Tube.
“An investigation has started into the matter,” police said. (KNO)
