A 2-year-old boy was injured after he was attacked by stray dogs at Y K Pora village of Qazigund in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday.

Unnamed officials told a local news agency, Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that stray dogs pounced upon Salam Ahmad Bhat, a 2-year-old son of Roauf Ahmad Bhat of Y K Pora, Qazigund, resulting in critical injuries to the boy.

He said the dogs dragged the child but the locals managed to evacuate the child to Emergency hospital Qazigund where from doctors referred him to GMC Anantnag. (KNO)
