A woman was hospitalised after she consumed some poisonous substance at her home in Trajbal area of Chararisharief in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Saturday.
Sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a lady (name withheld) tried to end her life after consuming a poisonous substance at her home.
He said that the lady was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where her condition is said to be stable.
The official said that the reason behind the attempt was not immediately known.
