Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Nasir Sogami said that the Central government has betrayed the entire population of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir by abrogation of the special status of the region. He said that one cannot think of running a government without having real power; just like the elected government in New Delhi (UT) is not even able to transfer an officer.
