Sonam Lotus, the director of Srinagar Meteorological Centre, in an interview with The Kashmir Walla said that Jammu and Kashmir will witness a normal summer and temperatures will fluctuate. He said there is deficit in rainfall which can lead to slight rise in temperatures.
