Devotees continue to visit shrines in Kashmir despite a drastic rise in the COVID-19 cases. Last Saturday, clerics and staff of Makdhoom Sahib shrine tested positive for the infection. All congregational prayers at Srinagar’s Jamia Masjid and a few other mosques have been suspended, citing rising COVID-19 cases.
