Two persons including a driver were injured in a road accident in Kitchama area of north Kashmir Baramulla district on Monday.
An official said that Xylo vehicle bearing registration No PBO1A 0983 driven by Ayaz Ahmad Abassi son Abdul Qayoom Abbasi resident of Boniyar coming from Baramulla towards Uri Baramulla met with accident at Kitchama near irrigation pump shed resulting in injuries to driver and other person.
He identified the other person as Surinder Kumar son of Mela Ram resident of Akhnoor Jammu.
He said that both injured persons were brought to PHC Sheeri for treatment.
He added that case in this regard has been registered and investigation has been taken up. (KS)
