Two newly recruited militants surrendered before government forces during a gunfight in Hadigam village of Kulgam district on Wednesday, officials said.
A police officer told a local news agency, Kashmir News Service (KNS), that two newly recruited militants surrendered on the appeal of their parents and the police.
He added that incriminating materials, arms and ammunition were also recovered from them. (KNS)
