Srinagar: Two brothers were injured during clashes between forces personnel and civilians at Sugan village of Zainapora belt in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.

According to a report the duo has been identified as Basit Muqbool and Ehsan Muqbool, residents of Sugan Shopian.

They were injured after receiving pellet injuries in clashes with the forces personnel near the site of the gunfight.

The report said that the brothers were brought to District Hospital Pulwama, and were to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh hospital in Srinagar for advanced treatment.

Three militants identified as Sajad Malla of Maldera Shopian, Junaid Rasheed of Tumlahaal Pulwama and Mehraj din of Arigam Pulwama were killed in the gunfight.
