A passenger train has derailed from a railway track at Mazhama area in central Kashmir Kashmir’s Budgam district, officials said on Friday.
A railway official said that a train coming from Baramulla to Budgam to Banihal suddenly derailed from the rail track at Mazhama.
“Officials have also reached the spot and as per reports there was no causality so far,” he said.
He said that the machinery required is being sent on the spot and an enquiry will be initiated to know the actual cause of this incident. (KDC)
