A tourist hut was damaged in a fire incident in the Deedikoot Vilgam area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Sources told a local news agency, Kashmir News Trust (KNT), that a fire broke out in a tourist hut in the Deedikoot Vilgam area of Kupwara, resulting in damage to the hut.

They said firefighters and police doused the flames.

Police Station Vilgam has registered a case to find out the cause of the fire. [KNT]
